How do I order a Packlamp?

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for the Packlamp is usually three to five working days from the date of your order. We will dispatch your Packlamp on the same day as you make your order. Delivery times may vary according to your local postal service.
What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. If you wish to order from another country, please contact us directly by email.
Will I need to pay shipping costs?

Yes. Shipping costs €2. We do not charge shipping for orders totalling €50 or more.
May I cancel my order?

Yes – you may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at info@packlamp.nl or call +31 6 35310916.
Can I buy a Packlamp in a regular shop?

Yes. Please follow this link for a list of retail outlets. Please note that not all of these shops stock all the Packlamp versions and prints.
Will the product I receive include a bulb?

Yes. The Packlamp is supplied with an E14 3W LED bulb.
What type of bulb is suitable for the Packlamp?

A 220V LED bulb with an E14 fitting, maximum 9W.
May I return my order?

Yes. The time limit for a return and refund is 30 days.
How do I return my order?

Place the Packlamp(s) in the shipping box along with all parts and the order form or order number, and send it to: Packlamp Keizersgracht 482 1017 EG Amsterdam The Netherlands On receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price (less shipping costs) to the account you used for the order.
Well I incur any costs if I return the Packlamp?

Yes. You pay the return shipping costs.
